Sismique & Sensuelle defines its identity by the following values:

  • Respect for others :
    • It is appropriate for Users, Artists and Sismique & Sensuelle to act with respect for others, to make kind remarks
    • If a disagreement arises, calm and caring dialogue will always be favored
    • All practices, sexualities and sensitivities between consenting adults are welcome
  • Consent :
    • Sismique & Sensuelle signs a contract with the artists stipulating that the recognizable models on the works have previously provided their consent before the distribution and sale of the related work
    • Sismique & Sensuelle takes care that Users of the site choose what they want to see and are not confronted with works that they would not be ready to welcome (filter system: practices and degrees of eroticism = chili peppers for example).
  • Legality :
    • The Artists sign a contract with EURL Obllik under its brand Sismique & Sensuelle stipulating the conditions of purchase of the works including the consent of the models and the sale price of the work determined by the Artist himself/herself. Artists therefore benefit from a regulated and secure framework which ensures their remuneration at the price that they themselves have defined.
    • The General Conditions of Use of the Site and the General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
    • The site is secure (access for adults, respect for privacy, secure and discreet payments)
  • Freedom
    • Sismique & Sensuelle offers a secure space for free expression
    • with respect for others
    • in kindness
    • between consenting adults
    • where desire, sensuality and beauty can flourish
How are Artists chosen and paid? + -

The Artists are chosen according to several criteria including the following :

  • respect for the consent of their models
  • their ethics
  • the beauty and aesthetics of their works according to the Sismique & Sensuelle guideline (this criterion is totally subjective)
  • the personality and uniqueness of their art
  • the care taken in making, packaging and sending the work on time

Artists are remunerated according to the following terms :

  • Sismique & Sensuelle signs an exclusivity contract with the Artist relating only to the works selected and offered for sale on its site. These works may be all or part of their “production”
  • The Artist sets his or her price freely, packaging and delivery costs included and is paid by Sismique & Sensuelle
  • The Artist does not pay anything to Sismique & Sensuelle
  • Sismique & Sensuelle is remunerated according to the margin system which covers the costs of the site, administrative management, advertising and the salary of the Sismique & Sensuelle’s employee(s)

Can I count on your discretion? + -

For the sake of discretion, the company that appears on your invoice and/or on your bank card statement is the company OBLLIK.

No mention will be made of the Sismique & Sensuelle brand.

You will therefore be able to keep your secret garden or make a surprise without being unmasked.

Is a certificate of authenticity issued with the art work? + -

All original art pieces for sale on Sismique & Sensuelle are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Furthermore, all editions (photographs, prints, etc.) are numbered and signed by the artist.

I want to offer an erotic art piece from your shop but I don't know which one to choose. What could i do ? + -

 However, it is not easy to choose a work of art for another person, even if you know them well.
Three options are available to you to offer a unique gift :

What is the purpose of the chili pepper(s) that characterize an art work? + -

These chili peppers characterize the degree of eroticism of the work. These chili peppers allow you to see the works according to your sensitivity and according to your consent.

Anyone entering the site agrees to see works classified as 1 chili pepper and cropped versions of higher categories which then become acceptable in chili pepper 1.

1 chili pepper : Evocative curves. Softness, sensuality of forms. Views of the body. Romanticism

2 chili peppers : Suggestion of positions and situations. Resting sexes represented. Lasciviousness. Sensuality of actions, caresses, kisses.

3 chili peppers : Clear view of positions and situations. Sexes in a state of excitement and openly visible.

The dimensions of the works are indicated on the product page of the art piece. Does the image presented on the site accurately represent the art work? + -

The image you see on the site provides a faithful image of the work presented, but has no contractual value. We can send you additional photos of the work upon simple request to our customer service : contact@sismiqueetsensuelle.com

Why haven't I received an email confirming my order? + -

It is possible that the confirmation email slipped into your SPAM box. If this is not the case, there was probably a technical problem when the email was automatically sent. Can I modify or cancel my order? + -

It is possible that the work you have ordered does not suit you and we will not hold this against you. The applicable withdrawal period is precisely defined in the General Conditions of Sale available on the site.

How are your packages prepared for shipping? + -

Each art piece is packaged with the greatest care by the Artist. Every artist must protect the surface of the printed/drawn/painted (...) work. Sismique & Sensuelle has previously agreed with each artist on the most optimal way to package their works.

What are the delivery times for the order? + -

For a non-personalized work or service, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the artists (Monday to Friday and excluding the Artist's and Sismique & Sensuelle's holidays) for receipt of your order in France and the rest of the European Union.

Delivery times may vary depending on the artist and destination.

We respect delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the Post Office or other local service providers.

Which countries do you deliver to? What are the shipping rates? + -

Sismique & Sensuelle delivers to all countries of the European Union, to your home with tracking.

Prices for shipping within the European Union are included in the sales price.

For shipments outside the European Union, the Customer should contact the Operator by email : contact@sismiqueetsensuelle.com, by telephone at +33 (0)7 45 20 74 70 from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays announced on the site) or by post to agree on the method, amount and coverage of these costs before ordering. Where is my order ? + -

You can track the progress of your package at any time with the tracking number sent to you when we confirmed your order. If the package is slow to arrive and if you need more information, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service by email commande@sismiqueetsensuelle.com and at +33 (0)7 45 20 74 70 from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

According to the tracking platform, my package is available at the post office. However, I don't have a passage notice. What should i do ? + -

Unfortunately, it happens that the postman does not leave a delivery notice telling you that he tried to deliver to you in your absence. Don't panic, all you need to do is have your tracking number and your identity card then go to the nearest post office (the one you depend on) to collect your package.

My package arrives damaged, what should I do? + -

Even though we take care to package each work with care and love, we cannot 100% guarantee the arrival in good condition upon receipt of each package.

Rest assured, this is very rare.

Depending on the country, we send the works through different service providers with whom we take out transport insurance in order to be compensated in the event of loss or damage. 

We ask you :

  • either refuse the package, or issue a written reservation to the delivery service provider.
  • take photos of the packaging and the work dated the day and time of receipt
  • to submit a complaint on the delivery service provider’s website
  • to send an email to Sismique & Sensuelle (commande@sismiqueetsensuelle.com) containing the following elements :
    • your name, first name and address
    • your order number
    • the date of your order
    • the delivery date of your order
    • the reason for your dissatisfaction
    • photographs of the packaging and if possible of the work showing all damaged areas
    • details of the claim made to the carrier
    • your telephone number and email

We will decide at our discretion whether or not to respond favorably to this complaint. In certain cases, we will deliver to you at our expense a new production of your work (when it is easily possible for the artist to reproduce it again).

In other cases, we will provide you with a voucher of a value equivalent to the product initially ordered, to use on the site.

 

If it is impossible to identify the problem via the photograph sent by the Customer, we reserve the right to request a return of the order by mail (shipping costs will be reimbursed by Sismique & Sensuelle in the form of a voucher purchase to use on the site).

 

In the case of personalized works, we unfortunately cannot offer you a traditional return, refund or exchange. We will agree together on the best return and refund solution if applicable.
