4- In your shopping cart, you can put your contact details, choose your payment method and proceed to the payment 

5- For drawings, send us by email to commande@sismiqueetsensuelle.com:

º your photos that will serve as a basis for the portrait (one or more, individual or group)

° your particular desires (location, decor, colour, accessories, composition). The more precise you are, the more faithful the result will be to your wishes.

° We suggest to leave your phone number (with your country code) and the time slot you want to be called

6- After receiving your order and photos, Sismique et Sensuelle will contact youto ensure we fully understand your expectations and organize the meeting (when applicable) with the artist.

7- For digital drawings, as soon as the first draft of your work is made by the artist, we will send it to you for validation. You will then have the opportunity to give us the green light to move on to the final project or to provide us with your comments that will lead to a second and final draft.

8- For drawings on paper, the artist will then be happy to send your portrait to the address indicated when ordering!

Where do we deliver?

For digital files: to any address!

For postal shipments of originals: we deliver in France and Europe (except Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Additional costs may be incurred for Corsica, Monaco, certain islands on the open sea, and the French overseas departments and territories.
For international deliveries outside Europe (EU), you can contact us on contact@sismiqueetsensuelle.com to get a detailed quote according to your destination country.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Our delivery costs are based on EU Shipments only. Any physical shipment outside EU will be added to your order afterwards.

In France, deliveries take place within 3 to 5 working days (Monday - Friday).

In Europe, deliveries take place within 5 to 8 working days (Monday - Friday).

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left so that you can collect your package from the nearest post office. Packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. You will need to show proof of identity to collect your package. If you do not collect your package within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Sismique et Sensuelle, and we suggest you contact us again at contact@sismiqueetsensuelle.com to arrange a new delivery at your expense.

Large portraits are portraits whose total dimensions exceed 2m.

In France, deliveries are made to your home within 3 to 5 business days after an appointment is scheduled within a maximum of 3 days. Delivery will be made by a person to your doorstep. The package will require a signature upon delivery.

In Europe, deliveries take 5 to 10 business days (depending on the country) after an appointment has been scheduled within a maximum of 3 days. Delivery will be made by a person to your doorstep. The package will require a signature upon delivery.

The delivery times we indicate are those generally observed by the carrier. These are in addition to the product availability time and the shipping time related to order processing and preparation. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs if delivery takes longer than the stated timeframe.

It is important to know that customs duties and import taxes are charged once the package arrives in the destination country. If your order is held by customs, you may have to pay additional fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Precautions to take during delivery
