Sismique & Sensuelle is remunerated through a commission system.

 

The commission covers the website, legal contracts, advertising, communication, temporary exhibitions, the sales platform, security of payments and customer management before and after the sale. 

 

In return, we ask you to make 1 post (Reels or others) on each of your social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) per week indicating that your works are for sale on Sismique & Sensuelle. 

 

No more worries about exhibiting, getting paid, prospecting for customers, managing the concerns surrounding a sale.

Your mind is free to create.

You only take care of the packaging and sending to your Customer (packaging and delivery costs are paid by the Gallery).

 

The works that you offer for sale on Sismique & Sensuelle site will be available only and exclusively on our site for a fixed period of at least 2 years. 

 

Sismique & Sensuelle asks you for exclusivity on one or more works defined and listed together. You can add works to the list at any time in agreement with us.

 

You will sign a formal representation mandate with the company OBLLIK for its brand Sismique & Sensuelle. Transactions are protected and subject to current French laws. These contracts are drawn up by the CPGA (Professional Committee of Art Galleries).

 

If you work to order, you will sign a creation order contract for each work.For example, for a portrait or for a personalized work.

 

If your works are to be exhibited in a gallery, we will then sign an exhibition contract..

 

The contracts stipulate in particular that you have obtained the full consent of your models and that you respect French law for the protection of minors. 

 

Once the contract and the list of works have been signed, your work will be available for sale while you create your product sheet on our site. To do this, we will send you a model product sheet to fill out, precisely defining the characteristics of your work.

 

You will reach Customers all over the World.

 

You will be able to participate in our temporary exhibitions in major cities and in trade fairs (subject to conditions).

 

At the same time, we will write an article to present you on a dedicated page on our website. Your Artist page will be visible for the duration of your mandate with Sismique & Sensuelle.
